Kelly Bridge - Bridge 'in The Controls

A control panel was needed, as there would not be sufficient space on the corner of the board and I was conscious of the space in which I had to adhere to.  I came up with a solution of a hinged control panel, which would allow access to the wiring and could be pushed up and out of the way when not in use.  This again was made for me by my good friend (although becoming less so after keep asking favours !) and he put this together.  The facia is made of hardboard to allow the switches to be drilled in.

The basic structure.  This was primed with pva glue, and spray painted with white car paint to produce a nice clean surface.

If you look at the video later, it shows the completed panel, with mimc diagram, point and signal switches, controllers etc.
